Overview

The new resort of Mui Ne is located on southwest coast of Vietnam within a 4hr drive from Ho Chi Minh City. The traditional fishing village has fast become a travel hot spot of Vietnam, popular for windsurfing, kite surfing and beach recreation, and a mecca for the growing number of visitors from Asia and the rest of the world.

Novaland is the developer of Novahills, and their aim is to create a resort that is uniquely different, but embodies a level of familiarity between the local culture and other world class beach resorts. Total area of the project is 40 hectares which includes 600 resort villas.

The design of the resort is contemporary but embraces the
traditional features of Spanish Revival, and Mediterranean
Architecture.

Task

RED incorporated elements of arches, terracotta roof tiles, arcades, ornamental iron work, painted tiles sand stucco, natural material with earth tones to help settle the architecture into the hillside and cliff frontage. Our designers created stunning concepts for 9 different areas of the resort from the Welcome Centre to restaurants and the pool deck.
